My mother in law lived here for over 2 years. I can’t say enough good things about the exception care they take with your loved one. The staff always keep you in the loop with any and everything that’s going on. They always have great activities for them to do daily. They make a big deal for all Holidays and birthdays. This facility is always clean and they have excellent food that they serve daily. They are sincere to making sure your loved one is being well taken care of they make sure they get them baths and clean clothes and linens for their beds daily. And are always cleaning the facility.The staff treated my mother in law like she was family. They made our life much easier to leave with the situation knowing that she was in good hands. Thank you for giving my mother in law the best care and for being so loving, patient and caring.

Leaving my father in someone else’s care for the first time was one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. But from the moment we arrived at Terra Pointe Memory Care, I felt seen—not just as a daughter, but as a caregiver who was emotionally, physically, and mentally exhausted. The staff here took the time to learn about my father as a person, not just a diagnosis, and helped him (and me) through the incredibly difficult transition from home to memory care. They walked me through every step of the complex insurance process with patience and care, answering questions I didn’t even know I had. Their warmth and professionalism have helped me feel that my dad is not only safe, but valued. Watching my father settle in so quickly, smiling and engaging with staff who already know his favorite stories, and meals, has lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. I’m grateful for Terra Pointe Memory Care team’s thoughtful, personal care and the peace of mind they’ve given our whole family. Thank you!

My mother had been at Terra Pointe for nearly 4 years before her recent passing due to dementia. Over the years I was able to get to know the staff very well and I cannot say in words how much I appreciate them and all they do for all the residents including my mother. They always made time for any need or questions I had and knew so many details about my mother’s daily care; they truly care deeply for all the residents. I always felt welcome when visiting my mother and spent so much time with her and other residents in the activities room that I became friends with many residents and staff. Let’s not forget about the dining staff who make and serve the most amazing homemade meals daily. Fresh homemade soup everyday as a first course for lunch, of course salad is an option as well. Meals are so specific to each resident’s needs (regular/chopped/pureed/only likes a hamburger) I just don’t know how they do it but they do! All the way to the end when my mother passed, I have never had so many caring people with hugs, kind words, offers of any help I needed. It sure is tough when a family member needs memory care but I was able to have the Terra Pointe family by my side through all phases of the process, and I am so thankful for them all. Now I just need to find some time and go visit all of my resident and staff friends as I do miss them dearly.

Terra Pointe Memory Care has been an incredible blessing for our family. The staff is not only highly trained but genuinely compassionate—they treat every resident with the dignity, patience, and respect they deserve. The facility is always clean, safe, and welcoming, with thoughtful activities tailored to meet the individual needs of the residents. Communication with families is excellent; they keep us updated and involved, which brings great peace of mind. We feel truly fortunate to have found a place where our loved one is so well cared for and valued. Highly recommended!

My wife lives at this community and we are very impressed with the staff because they know everyone’s names. They are just great people and they are all very much involved and watch my wife carefully. They keep me up to date on any changes so I couldn’t ask for more. They do a fine job. They also provide excellent and varied food, quite a few activities, and great cleaning. The building is immaculate and in excellent condition.

My wife lives at this community and she is getting excellent care. The staff are very good and congenial, the food is good and my wife likes it, and the activities director is doing a great job. They have some unique activities that stimulate the mind and get the residents talking. That is very good. They also are always cleaning things so her room is in good shape and the laundry is being picked up and done in a timely manner. Overall, everyone here does an exceptional job of taking care of the residents.

This community is more like a home. It’s lively and it has really got a great atmosphere. The management staff were so easy to work with. Accommodating, kind, and caring. They have a chef there that makes the stuff from scratch. My brother has been very happy with it and he’s kind of a picky eater so we’re very happy about that. There is a wonderful amount of staff during meal time. The difference of him now compared to before he went in there is amazing. He’s been participating in activities and it’s really made a difference in him. The care he’s getting has been really good.

We picked this place for mom because we liked the size and staff. Sales was honest and truthful. I never met the Director at mom’s last place and I see the Executive Director everywhere here. The dining options are good and the dining hall is clean. There is an activity schedule and outings, and residents that are capable are taken out. The housekeeping gal is thorough and an amazing person. I’ve been pleased with maintenance staff’s response and attention to detail. The care staff’s overall demeanor is kindness and they really exude that. In general, I am at peace knowing that mom has eyes on her and that she is cared for.

Mom lives at the community. I’ve had a great experience with management and they communicate with me well. They have a good chef and they provide nutritional food, modifying it when they need to in terms of texture. They have activities all the time and keep the residents interested and busy. Her place is clean and cleaned regularly. In general, she feels safe and comfortable, building maintenance is satisfactory, and the care staff do a good job.

My Mom became a resident of Terra Pointe. When we began this difficult journey, we were overwhelmed and emotional. Then we had our tour, and they instantly made us feel comfortable and put our worries at ease. The community is beautiful, clean, welcoming, safe and the rooms are peaceful. The thing that stuck out for me and warmed my heart was as we toured, they knew every resident’s name and said something personal to them that made them each smile. I knew then that this was the place for my mom. Andrea and the staff are the absolute best – caring, friendly, knowledgeable and greet our family by name. I love when I visit, and I see the residents and staff in the activities room laughing, smiling, dancing, and singing together. Most important they care for my mother as if she is a member of their own family. I would most definitely recommend Terra Pointe to anyone who has a loved one suffering from Dementia/Alzheimer’s. You will feel at peace that your loved one is in the right place. We call them our “Terra Pointe Angels.”
