EVERGREEN VILLAGE PRESCOTT, ASSISTED LIVING IN PRESCOTT, AZ

My wife and I toured many of the assisted and senior living facilities in Prescott before we moved my mother into Evergreen Village Prescott 8 months ago. We were all very pleased with it and strongly recommended it to my mother-in-law who then moved in 2 months ago, now also a happy resident.

What an amazing facility! This is a one-of-a-kind community. The staff, the food but most importantly, the care. If you are looking to find a home for a loved one, Make this your first and last stop.

Wonderful community. Very well run, the Executive Director is very warm and welcoming. She truly cares about the residents and it shows through the great care that is provided. Everything is clean and well kept. Views are awesome! I would highly recommend this community.

We entertain monthly at Avista Senior Living in Prescott, AZ as The Phil and Mary Show. Every time we are there, the building is neat, clean and well managed. The residents seem happy and engaged. We enjoy performing there and interacting with the people.

The facility is great and the staff is amazing. My brother and I chose Evergreen Village for our Mom because the facility was nice and her apartment was the best I have seen. She has a living room, separate bedroom, a patio with a great view and a storage closet. We were worried about being in a different state but the staff is so helpful. We have constant updates on our Mom (non-urgent and urgent), they help her to Dr. Appointments, help her/us with prescriptions, helped a lot when she had a small heart incident; they essentially help with everything. Every time we talk to our Mom, she talks about how much she likes it there. We couldn't be happier and luckier with the support our Mom receives and the communication we get from Evergreen Village.

We love the atmosphere at Avista/Evergreen senior living. they really seem to care about their residents. the staff is very attentive and responsive to their needs. they seem to have alot of activities to keep the residents happy. We are transferring my mother there as soon as we are able to. the food is the best of all the senior facilities in the area and their front office is efficient and easy to work with. i would highly recommend them.

This place is amazing and the staff is so caring. The view is beautiful, the rooms are very nice and the dining hall is put together very well. All in all an amazing experience.

I am more than satisfied with the excellent care my Mother is receiving at Evergreen Village Prescott. They keep my Mother healthy and happy with a truly collective and caring effort by their entire team. Her room is cleaned and the bedding changed weekly, trash is emptied daily, meds are timely, and I am amazed at the daily variety of menu items to please all palates. The individual attention provided deserves mention…stopping in to remind my Mother its lunchtime, giving her yogurt out of her little fridge at breakfast to take with her meds (she’s not a morning person!) and shampooing her carpet when needed are just a few ways they care for her and all the residents. They truly shine when it comes to keeping her active and engaged with the wide variety of activities and one-on-one attention. There’s the normal bingo, jewelry making and coloring but she can also learn sign language, attend dance get-togethers, meet for cheese and crackers, and this week they are bringing horses to the facility to interact with the residents! My Mother is now addicted to Wii bowling, which for her is a challenge with her tremors. She is encouraged and receives patient and loving attention by the Activities Director and fellow residents to improve this “muscle memory” while she enjoys great camaraderie. I wish to express my sincere thanks to the director, Alyssa, and her entire team who contribute daily to my Mother’s good care at an extremely reasonable price.

Wonderful place residents are happy and helpful staff is great building is clean and very well decorated management is wonderful pet friendly.

Everyone at Evergreen is amazing. As far as care goes, they leave no stone unturned. Because of their personal touch and attention to detail they have allowed me to be a son to my dad again instead of a caregiver. As far as I'm concerned, they all walk on water. If you're thinking of care for your elderly loved one, Evergreen is the place to be.
