Memory Care Services
What Is Memory Care?
In a memory care community, such as the ones we offer in Utah, New Mexico, and Arizona, the atmosphere is designed with the residents’ peace of mind as a high priority. The staff provide meals and assist with personal care like in an assisted living community, but they also have special training to deal with the unique issues associated with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
Residents in memory care receive specialized care, including more frequent check-ins, and are given extra structure and support throughout the day. The staff ensures that residents are getting to their meals and attending activities. The facilities are equipped with alarmed doors, enclosed outdoor spaces, and elevator codes to keep residents from wandering and getting lost.

Why we partner with SafelyYou for our Memory Care residents
Those living with dementia fall an average of four times per year. Most can’t tell you how they fell, which makes it hard to know what happened—and even harder to keep it from happening again. But SafelyYou real-time, AI-enabled cameras record only the events surrounding an on-the-ground event, so staff can see how a fall happened and determine its severity, preventing unnecessary ER visits, reducing costs, and helping to keep repeat falls from occurring. And SafelyYou clinical experts partner with on-site staff to help develop fall prevention strategies and create more person-centered care.
