From the very beginning, the team helped us set up and graciously allowed us to use the banquet and activities room. The senior living center where my mother was previously, and the two centers where my wife’s mother resided, would never have been this accommodating. The kitchen and front desk staff were outstanding—helpful, friendly, and attentive. I tried not to be inconvenient, knowing that the residents are always the top priority, and I hope we were respectful of that. The kitchen staff, in particular, went above and beyond, and their friendliness made a lasting impression. I am especially impressed by how well your staff know the residents by name. That personal touch means so much. As an instructor, I know how powerful it is when people are recognized by name—it creates connection and dignity. It has always meant a great deal to me that your staff know my mother personally and treat her with such kindness. Most importantly, my mother had a wonderful time, and our family loved being together with her. At her age, we treasure every opportunity to share moments like this. She especially enjoyed the activity, which made the day even more meaningful. Thank you again for your generosity and the care your staff consistently provide.

My mother-in-law tells me every day how grateful she is that we found Spring Gardens. She has a lovely room with beautiful mountain views that she raves about constantly. The staff is amazing—so friendly, caring and willing to help and always smiling. There are so many wonderful activities, and the food is truly superb. We couldn’t be happier with the care she’s receiving.

Spring Gardens is a place you can call home. As a new resident, my mom was made to feel welcome, loved and cared for. The staff members—from the director, to the resident care coordinators, the secretaries, the med techs and the housekeeping/kitchen crew all provide excellent service. Having physicians regularly on site decreases the need for outside medical care. Each activity is planned to promote mental, social, emotional and spiritual health. We love enjoying meals with my mom and the great grandkids love the ice cream parlor! The Spring Gardens Fall Festival we just enjoyed is one example of the time and care that goes into everything they do to ensure each resident feels loved and needed. Having my mom at Spring Gardens brings peace to my heart. Thank you, Spring Gardens!

I cannot praise Spring Gardens enough for the amazing facilities and staff. My MIL has been a resident there for several years and cannot be any happier despite her natural instincts to show displeasure. The Executive Director goes above and beyond expectations in his care for the patients and facility. He continues to go out of his way to help my MIL with anything she needs as well as help the family with things that he should not have to worry about or take care of. I highly recommend Spring Gardens for the care of a loved one.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Spring Gardens Assisted Living! From the moment my mother moved in, I’ve felt such peace of mind knowing she is in the best possible hands. The director is absolutely incredible — he seems to know every resident personally, right down to their favorite treats, which he often surprises them with. His attention to detail and genuine care for each person is truly heartwarming. The activities coordinator keeps the residents engaged with so many fun and creative outings and events. My mom is always telling me about the games, crafts, and social activities that make her days so enjoyable. The entire staff is thoughtful, patient, and caring, treating every resident like family. The facility is always spotless and welcoming, and I can tell the team takes great pride in keeping it that way. My mom is a fall risk, and every time she’s had a fall, I’ve been notified immediately. They walk me through exactly what happened and all the steps they’re taking to ensure her safety. That kind of communication and compassion means everything to me. I feel so blessed to know my mom is surrounded by such dedicated people who truly care about her well-being. Spring Gardens isn’t just an assisted living facility — it’s a community filled with love, laughter, and genuine kindness. I wholeheartedly give them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved one.

Our mother moved to Spring Gardens and loved her 4 months there before she passed. She considered it home. The staff all the way from the Director to all the CNA’s, nurses, kitchen staff, hairdresser, cleaning staff and office personnel loved Nedra. They all knew her and were as kind and gentle as they assisted to her needs. As family, we were at peace knowing that mom was in a safe loving place. Spring Gardens is a home away from home.

We really appreciate the kind and caring staff at Spring Gardens. My mother enjoyed being a resident there. She often told us how kind and helpful the staff was to her. During this difficult pandemic year, they worked very hard to balance the safety needs of the residents and at the same time provided a loving and caring environment. We are so happy we chose Spring Gardens Mapleton for my mother.

After comparing several facilities for my mother, I was getting a bit discouraged. When I walked into Spring Gardens, immediately it felt right for her. It was bright, beautiful, clean and welcoming. From the first day, all the staff have been kind, accommodating, genuine and understand the needs of the residents. They take care of everything especially the safety and welfare of each individual. They understand families need to feel confident in the care of their loved ones and they work diligently to provide this.

Our family would like to express our deepest appreciation to the entire staff of the Spring Gardens Mapleton for their excellent care and friendship to our Mom. She loved all the staff and we couldn’t be more thankful to all of them for being so kind and caring to her this past 5 years. They all went above and beyond in their efforts and it is evident that this is just not a job to them, but that they truly care about the residents at Spring Gardens Mapleton. Transitioning parents to assisted living is never easy. My parents reluctantly agreed to go on a ‘lunch date’ with me and my brother to Spring Gardens last fall. The director, Shayne, the residents, and the other staff were so kind and welcoming. Learning that the staff turnover is relatively low compared to industry averages, we knew the kindness we experienced was real and not just a good show. Walking in, both my brother and I noted the smell was just like a clean house, unlike some of the other facilities we both had been in over the years. Nearly one year after that first visit, my parents are THRIVING and we’ve come to love the staff and other Spring Gardens Mapleton residents. Shayne leads a solid team and everyone contributes to the feeling and success of this place.

Spring Gardens in Mapleton is an amazing place, from the residents, to the staff, to the facility itself, it’s all first class! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure each resident feels important, recognized and heard. I’ve been volunteering there for years and I love how kind and welcoming everyone is. It’s a wonderful place.

The staff at Spring Gardens Mapleton are devoted and caring. My husband has been a resident here for 6 months. He receives excellent care in a caring, happy and safe memory care living arrangement. I cannot call it a facility as it is so much more, a loving home would be the best explanation.

I have worked at Spring Gardens Mapleton for a few years. I am grateful for the opportunity that I have to meet all of the lovely residences. The best part is when I come to learn their story. They become some of my best friends. It’s like my second home. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else!

Just only visited for a short time, but this has to be one of the best facilities that I’ve seen, and the staff – from the nurses to cooks – are all top notch. Everyone is very polite and helpful, but I would have to say that my very best experience is the breakfast and lunch cooked by the chef – almost like a 5-star restaurant in a 4-star hotel!
