Where do I even start…I could not have found a better place for my loved one. From day one they were always there for me answering every little question I had and just supporting me through the difficult time. I live in a different state and piece of mind is everything so knowing that my loved one was getting the love, care and compassion she needed eased my worries and fears. They kept me informed of what was going on with my loved one and if there were ever any concerns she was on top of it. Everyone there was top notch and went the extra mile not only for my loved one but for myself and my family. I don’t know how I would have gotten through these last couple years without Avista. From all my and my families hearts…THANK YOU.

I am very satisfied and content living at Avista Senior Living Lake Havasu. I am very glad I made the decision to move here. Everyone treats me so wonderfully. Prior to moving into Avista Senior Living Lake Havasu, I lived alone in my own home with a big house and a big yard, but I had to do everything myself. Life is a lot easier now as I have help. I have a nice-sized apartment, and the staff helps me with cooking, cleaning, changing my bed linens, and laundry. The food is so much better than when I lived alone and had to cook for myself all the time. I can be alone in my apartment, but when I want to be with others, I can participate in activities. I like talking to people and getting to know about them and their history. There are activities planned for us, and I will participate in a lot of them. I love bingo, Wii bowling, and making crafts and flower arrangements.

I am proud to be part of a team that truly strives to provide excellent care in an environment that is fun and filled with laughter and love. Most days, it doesn’t feel like work—it feels like a home filled with friends, family, and love.

There are many changes that come with getting older. Living alone in my house was difficult, so my granddaughter started looking for a place for me so I would not be alone. I have met many friends since moving into Avista Senior Living Lake Havasu. I enjoy many activities here, especially bingo and playing games on the computers in the library. I still go out with my friends to play bingo too. The staff is very caring here. They have a lot to do to take care of all of us, but they are friendly and helpful.

Love our apartment…love the meals….love the kindness shown to us by the staff….love the feeling of family among all who live here. This was a super wise decision for us at this time in our lives. So happy to be here!

I like this community very much. The staff is very kind and helpful. The community is beautiful. I like that they allow me to cook meals if needed. I can go to the dining area with the other residents and have meals that are good and healthy. I would recommend others looking for a nice community to see what is available here for their care.

My husband has received great care here. The staff is outstanding and very caring. They do have a lot of activities that are offered. I would highly recommend this community for other families.
