Spring Gardens cared for my grandpa with such kindness and respect. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, safe, and genuinely loved. You can feel the warmth the moment you walk through the doors—it’s not just a facility, it’s a home filled with people who truly care. Our family will forever be grateful for the support, patience, and dignity they showed him every single day. My mother in law spent the last five years of her life there and we couldn’t be more happy with the facility and the staff. She lived in both the regular senior living and then the extended memory care side. The staff always treated her like their own grandmother, from the manager to the nurses to the custodial staff. They were patient, thorough, cheerful and kind. They always treated us visitors kindly as well. Any time I asked for extra assistance or advice they were so good to us. I need to especially call out the Executive Director who counseled with us so many times over the years about the best care for our loved one. She is an absolute gem and became a true friend to us. The facility works hard to have great outings, performances, food, and in-house activities. It never smells bad and always looks bright and clean. BRAVO, Spring Gardens!

We are so grateful for everything Spring Gardens Senior Living Holladay, its exceptional manager, and the wonderful staff there did for our sweet mother. At every stage of our mother’s stay at Spring Gardens, the ED, the systems, and the staff were caring and well-tuned to meet her needs. During her 3+ years in assisted living with Spring Gardens, our mother was very comfortable, engaged, and well-cared for. Impressively, Spring Gardens’ flexibly adapted to the changing stages of our mother’s condition over time. In the beginning, our mother was timid due to some health set backs she had experienced at her home. The staff were gentle and supportive with her. A few months into her stay, our mother was participating in exercise classes 5 days a week, various fun, stimulating activities, 3 meals a day in the dining room, and the evening movie every night. The last 5 months of our mother’s life, she was in hospice status in her own room at Spring Gardens, and they adjusted her care lovingly and appropriately until she passed away peacefully there at age 92. It was and is a great comfort to us to know she was in such good hands. Thank you and your staff for helping to make our mother’s final years such a positive experience for us all.

My mother first came to live at Spring Garden’s Enhanced Memory Care in January 2024. She adjusted quite fast and Spring Gardens became her home in no time. The staff was patient, sensitive, and respectful helping my mom feel purpose and loved. Her fellow residents and staff became her second family. She loved them dearly because they loved her first. As a concerned daughter, I was hesitant to move her into a memory care program because I didn’t want her to be neglected. She was only there a year before she passed away, but I can honestly say I wish we had moved her in sooner. I’m so grateful she was in such a beautiful place and state in her life when she peacefully passed away. I’m also so grateful for the staff in Enhanced Care. My mother was cared for in the memory care unit at Spring Gardens for the past six months. The level of careful attention and professionalism exhibited by the staff there is unmatched. We had experiences with our parents in other facilities, and none compare to the quality of care at Spring Gardens. I was so touched by how they cared for her in her final weeks, protecting and preserving her dignity, and making sure all of her needs were met. The kindness they showed our family as we gathered to say goodbye to Mom was truly amazing.

The staff was always responsive to our questions and concerns; even taking our suggestions to heart. They were attentive and patient, consistently upbeat and positive, in many ways they felt like family. They dealt with our desire to personalize some of our father’s diet, and they helped provide all the stimulation and support possible, in his situation. We always felt welcome there in the serene and super clean surroundings.

This is THE best senior living facility in Holladay. As a nurse practitioner, my healthcare standards are very high. I’ve experienced many assisted living centers, and none compares to the excellence here. It is bright, beautiful, and welcoming. The residents are very happy. The staff are happy, friendly, and always willing to go out of their way to help. The director, Kim, is a nurse who knows how to train staff with the needs of the client at the forefront. Memory Care excelled beyond our expectations. I recommend this facility without any hesitation. Thank you for caring for my mom as you would have your own.

Spring Gardens Senior Living Center in Holladay is the BEST place! The staff took such great care of my mom. The staff are caring, well-trained, and compassionate. I felt that they truly cared about my mom. I loved visiting my mom because the staff was so friendly. I felt my mom was in a safe environment among friends which included the staff at Spring Gardens. My mom was well cared for, and when I visited her, she was always positive and happy. I could feel the love the staff had for my mom, and it was easy to love them back because they were so great!

Our father lived at Spring Gardens for 5 years until his passing. Incredible team and staff treated him like family; loved, laughed, and provided needed assistance. Great resident safety practices. Office very communicative and open. Nurses all attentive and present. Amazing care from being independent when first arriving to final days of life. We researched several assisted living facilities in Salt Lake City, no other facility or personnel could match the magic Spring Gardens create daily for the residents.

My mother lived at Spring Gardens Holladay for about 4 years. We are so appreciative of the wonderful place there! My mom loved it and we loved coming there to visit her. The staff is friendly, professional and caring. Kim was there from the beginning when it was first built, and now is the General Manager and does a great job. The food is excellent and the facility is always very clean. I would highly recommend Spring Gardens Holladay as a very pleasant assisted living home. We selected the memory care unit in this facility for my mother. Spring Garden is a great size – big enough to provide any and all services required by the residents and their families, but small enough to feel personal and familiar. Her private room at Spring Gardens was sunny, clean, quiet, and easily adaptable to her changing needs. The food is delicious and served in appropriate-sized portions. The activities are appropriate for the population. But it is the staff that deserves the most credit – many of the staff are long-term, providing service consistency. The staff is skilled, professional, kind and patient, reassuring the families that their parents are in a safe place. A special shout-out to the music programs – my mother and I spent many hours together listening to the various musicians. When she passed away, she was surrounded by an atmosphere of love and caring.

Spring Gardens is a great Assisted Living Center to help you in taking care of your loved ones. I have had the opportunity to work with the team with both of my parents over the last three years. My dad spent six months in their memory care wing battling dementia and Alzheimer’s. The team at Spring Gardens has always been very kind, considerate, and patient with the care they have provided for my dad and continue to provide for my mom. I have spent many hours visiting my parents at Spring Gardens and have always felt welcomed. Kim, Hailey, and Fernanda remembered us from the time my dad spent there, and welcomed my mom as is she was an old friend, making the transition for my mom that much easier.

I’m so glad we were able to move my dad to Spring Gardens, where he was happy for the last 1 1/2 years of his life. Everyone was so good to him there and he made friends with many of the residents and staff. He loved having his room on the ground level, where he had access to the garden and had his own little patio and chair where he could keep his eye on his rose bushes. I love it because the design is clean, open and airy, beautifully decorated and in a great neighborhood. Every time I ate lunch there with my dad the food was delicious. I highly recommend Spring Gardens.
