Marsha frequently volunteers at legal clinics sponsored by the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).

A native of Washingtonville, New York, Marsha graduated summa cum laude from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, and earned her law degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law. She began her legal career in Grand Rapids, Michigan, before relocating to Phoenix.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Tobias has earned a reputation as a creative problem solver when handling complex cases and issues.

Tobias received his law degree from the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2010 and his bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications from Arizona State University in 2006.

Tobias was born and raised in Prescott and comes from a long line of Arizona natives dating back to his great grandfather, who was one of Arizona’s first state senators.
