Why we partner with SafelyYou for our Memory Care residents
Those living with dementia fall an average of four times per year. Most can’t tell you how they fell, which makes it hard to know what happened—and even harder to keep it from happening again. But SafelyYou real-time, AI-enabled cameras record only the events surrounding an on-the-ground event, so staff can see how a fall happened and determine its severity, preventing unnecessary ER visits, reducing costs, and helping to keep repeat falls from occurring. And SafelyYou clinical experts partner with on-site staff to help develop fall prevention strategies and create more person-centered care.

5 Tips for Transitioning to a Senior Living Community
A practical guide offering five simple tips to help seniors and their families navigate a smooth, comfortable transition into a senior living community

When is it Time for Memory Care?
A practical guide outlining the key signs that indicate it may be time for memory care, helping families recognize when a loved one with dementia needs additional support and a safer, more structured environment.
Benefits Of Assisted Living
Finding the right assisted living community takes time, and you need to be prepared to make a move in advance. The following benefits to assisted living can help you and your family members look forward to your next chapter in life.
1. Transportation services
At some point, owning a vehicle is just too much of a hassle. Our assisted living community offers reliable transportation to local shopping, events, and doctor appointments. Trusted transport gets residents where they need to go precisely when they need to go, and on time.
2. Healthier, happier future
Moving into assisted living is a move into a lifestyle that promotes healthy senior living, and opens up many options for the future. Each resident has a custom care plan regularly evaluated by our medical team. If needs should change over time, we see it as it happens, resulting in early diagnosis and, inevitably, better treatment options for the future.
3. Peace of mind
The things we do and how we work together create the ultimate and most important benefit – peace of mind. Friends and family of residents can rest easy, knowing their loved one is well cared for in a home-like environment. Our residents themselves rest at ease knowing that they have the support they need available for them every day.
4. Prevents social isolation
Seniors living at home alone are at a higher risk for social isolation and increased feelings of loneliness and depression. At our community, our residents live in a dynamic community environment with friends and staff who encourage participation in events and socialization. It is an excellent opportunity for residents to make new friends, get to know the staff, and feel connected to a larger community of people in the same chapter of life.
5. 24/7 compassionate care
Residents in our community receive personalized care to ensure that all their needs are being met. Our staff members are well-trained to provide the attention and care that our residents need with compassion.
6. A focus on independence and fun
While our community is a great place to receive care, we place a big emphasis on independence and fun. We know that fun is an essential part of aging gracefully, and our community has a variety of fun activities.
7. Free time
It’s due time to put aside the housework, yard work, and home maintenance. There is no more shoveling the snow, mowing the lawn, or repairing the house. Enjoy hassle-free senior care where you don’t have to worry about the cleaning or the cooking anymore. It’s our pleasure to do the work for each of our residents, allowing them to find a hobby or invest more time into a lifelong interest.
8. Delicious dining
Healthy residents are happy residents, and the meals served at our community are specifically created to benefit senior health. Cooking for yourself can be challenging, especially if you are alone. With nutritious meals prepared by our chefs, residents in our community enjoy delicious meals packed with nutrients. Our elegant dining room encourages mealtimes with friends, making each meal more than "just a meal", but a social event.

Testimonials
I have several friends who live at Spring Gardens and they (and their families) are very happy with life there! I think Spring Gardens is an outstanding community! The leadership team is impressive, consistent, and among the best I’ve worked with—and I’ve worked with MANY senior living communities. Plus, the high ceilings and local landscape art make the community feel familiar, spacious, and classy, but without being over-the-top extravagant.
We went to pitch a service they could offer to their residents to tell their life stories and get them into a book. When we got there they had a welcome sign with our name on it and their Sales Director spent quite a long time talking with us. The place just feels happy when you walk in, you can tell they care about what they do and the people there. It feels like home. And smells amazing and they had a bunch of activities planned. After talking with the Sales Director, she gave us a box of their signature cookies and they had engraved a stone coaster with our name on it. And we were only there to sell them something and they treated us so warmly and kindly. We were so happy when we left we talked about their generosity almost the whole way home. I can tell you that if we ever have to go to an assisted living center one day, we know where we’ll go.
The community, as well as the activities available to the residents at Spring Gardens Draper, are top notch. The pricing structure, is right in line / competitive. However, the best part of Spring Gardens Draper, is the staff. All members of the staff, including: Management, the caregivers, the activities coordinators, the kitchen personnel, etc, are wonderful. They’re great to the residents & to the residents families. Anyone looking to move a loved one into an Assisted Living Facility, should consider Spring Gardens Draper.
I adore this place. I moved my dad into memory care and my mother into assisted living. One of the main reasons I felt good about moving them is the administrator, Austin, and his team. He is just simply a good man, who tries to staff good people. Sandie is so loving and Keith made repairs quickly, and never makes you feel bad for asking. I had worked with them at a previous facility, and we trusted them…They have been an absolute godsend to me. I give Spring Gardens my highest recommendation. 10 stars!
I’m very honored to work in this beautiful building full of fun residents and amazing staff members. We enjoy working with our residents each day and be able to be part in creating meaningful moments with them . We’ve become a big family!
#blessedtobehere
Spring Gardens Senior Living feels like a luxury retreat. Starting with the location set up on a hillside providing picturesque views. The food is off the charts delicious. An atmosphere of “heart” is felt her by the the staff.
Recently my spouse and I visited the Draper Spring Gardens Senior Living Center and were impressed with all aspects of the facility. The staff we meet and talked with were kind, professional, and had empathy of the decision we would need to make concerning aging parents. The building from an aesthetically perspective is inviting and full of warmth. The rooms have personality and feel as though they can accommodate the functional needs of those who occupy them…One of the hardest decisions families make, with aging parents, is helping them transition from an environment of known qualitative comfort and familiarity to the unknown. I believe Spring Garden can help with this transition thus making the process of relocating loved ones a bit more palatable.
Mom really loves living here. In her words, “she feels she can breath with the open community areas and high ceilings”. She also mentioned, “the staff is very nice” as she gets to know them. My Brother and I are very grateful that Spring Garden took over Harmony Hills and brought the lovely Staff on board so Mom along with the other residences can enjoy a beautiful community, making new friends & socializing…If you are looking for your loved one… you must tour Spring Garden Draper to see for yourself what a lovely Community and Property this truly is!
I have the opportunity to work with Spring Gardens. The staff is amazing to work with. They are actively engaged with the residents and the communication is great. The Nurse and staff always have their residents best interest in mind. I would recommend them to any family who has a loved one with assisted living or memory care needs.
This is hands down the best Senior Living establishment I have seen in the western united states. The staff is friendly. The food provided for your loved ones is outstanding. The attention given to your loved ones is individual and they are seen as an individual. The culture is one of exceptional care, altruistic love, thoughtfully planned activities, and with each individual resident in mind. The staff knows the residents by name and remembers details about their lives. The establishment has good energy and feels warm and welcoming.
As we were planning to move my parents from their Logan home into assisted living, my siblings and I looked at several places and really liked Spring Gardens the best. The facility is beautiful, the staff is amazing and fun, lots of activities, and don’t forget the wonderful homemade food for all the meals. We have been very pleased and highly recommended this establishment.
Spring Gardens of Draper has been a wonderful place for both of my parents. The building is beautiful and the staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. It feels like home. I would move in if they’d let me. Maybe one day I will! Love the ice cream too!
