We love Avista Spokane. It has been overall a great experience for my mom...Mom feels safe there, likes that it doesn't smell, enjoys the food (which is rare for an institution), has fun with the employees, gets involved with the activities, and feels like she can be herself. Honestly, never thought she would do well in an assisted living home, because she's so independent.
