Pam Ostrowski is using her 14-year dementia journey with her parents to be a Dementia guide who helps those on the dementia journey accept, prepare for, manage, and cope with the challenges, tasks, and decisions that they’ll have to make in the coming years.
Pam asks thought-provoking questions to help adult children rethink their fears and beliefs and helps them build a trigger-based plan for multiple scenarios, while providing compassionate support during difficult decisions.
Pam is a Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Dementia Practitioner and is the author of the highly rated “It’s Not That Simple: Helping Families Navigate the Alzheimer’s Journey” available on Amazon.
