All About Smithfield in Holladay Ut
Smithfield is just north a few blocks from the heart of Holladay Utah. Smithfield is a neighborhood that was established as one of the earliest Holladay Utah neighborhoods. The families that live in this area favor a market called Lee’s Marketplace. This is a local grocery store that focuses on providing the very best catering and pick-up services around. You can also pick up prepared lunches and dinners that are delicious. We have to thank the bakers and cooks at Lee’s because their food is almost as amazing as the gourmet meals we get here at Spring Gardens.
Smithfield and Spring Gardens Holladay
It’s important to our assisted living residents that life is serene, cozy, and comfortable. Smithfield happens to be the perfect neighborhood to establish next to. We couldn’t ask for a better place to have our community. The feeling in the community as well as outside is one of comfort. This is especially important when considering those residents in our memory care community who struggle with memory loss.
Spring Gardens Holladay close to Challenger School
Just down the road from Spring Gardens in Holladay is one of the best private schools in the state, Challenger School. We are fortunate to have such a great school near our community. Education is a big part of the values that we strive for here at Spring Gardens. It’s important to continually stimulate the mind and learn new things. Sometimes when we are on our way to activities we’ll drive past Challenger School and take a moment to see the kids and remember the vitality of youth.
Recently one of our adult children’s family members mentioned how valuable she felt about all of the activities that we provide here at Spring Gardens. In her own words, she expressed how she felt that Spring Gardens Holladay was the best-assisted living community she’d experienced.
“We love Spring Gardens! My in-laws were residents there for over a year. We had experience with the senior living, assisted living, and memory care sections; all had top-quality care. The staff was always friendly and caring. The nursing staff was the best. The facilities were light and bright and always spotless and everything smelled good. They had lots of activities, daily exercise, visiting musical groups, and holiday parties. The residents were very good to look after each other and they all felt like part of our family. I would definitely recommend Spring Gardens to anyone considering a lovely place to live that gives the added care and help they might need.” – Lisa Barton
