The most important key is to find an activity you enjoy, as you’re much more likely to stick to it. Take an exercise class specifically designed for your level, or get out for a daily walk with friends. 

Head to the city pool for a few laps, or make time for a round of golf with buddies? Whichever activity you choose, make it part of your routine. Have a goal to move your body a little bit every day!
